Free Shipping on Most Items: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all items within Australia, except for large items exceeding 1Meter in length, Frunk and Spoiler exceeds the length and cubic weight limits set by most courier companies. As a result, shipping large items comes with additional surcharges, making it impractical to offer free shipping on this particular item. To reduce shipping costs and offer free shipping on most products (unless specified), some orders may be fulfilled by our trusted partner, NSS Warehouse. Depending on the product, fulfillment may occur from either international or local warehouses to optimize cost and transit times. Rest assured, regardless of where your order is fulfilled, most products will arrive within the specified timeframe for your convenience.
Flat Rate Shipping for FRUNK and Spoiler: For FRUNK and Spoiler orders, we have established a flat rate shipping fee of $60 and $15 Australia wide. This allows us to find the most cost-effective shipping method, ensuring your item arrives safely and in a timely manner. We understand that the shipping cost may seem higher than expected, but this reflects the additional charges imposed by courier companies due to size.
Shipping to New Zealand / International:
We are pleased to provide shipping services from Australia to New Zealand for frunk and other items. Be advised that items may be dispatched from various locations to optimize courier costs. Discounted shipping rates have been secured for our New Zealand customers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Please be aware that any taxes or customs duties levied by New Zealand or other countries' customs agencies are the responsibility of the customer. We offer a flat shipping rate, strategically chosen to offer the best market value.
The anticipated delivery time is roughly 3-4 weeks, though there may be potential delays due to customs processing or unexpected events. Rest assured; we will keep you updated on any changes. For bulk orders (10 or more) of FRUNK for delivery to New Zealand, please reach out to us. We will furnish you with the required details and assist with the shipping process.
Pick-up: You can place pickup orders, orders ready for pick-up will be notified via email provided.
Order Processing Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 2-4 business days for processing. Our team will carefully package your items to ensure they are protected during transit.
Domestic Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time varies depending on your location within Australia. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment and addition days for WA TAS and NT. For New Zealand bulk orders, the delivery time will be communicated to you separately, as it may take slightly longer due to international shipping.
International Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for international orders varies by location. Orders from Europe and the UK are typically delivered within 12-20 days but may take longer due to customs clearance procedures specific to each country.
Uncollected parcel: We are not liable for shipments that our carrier cannot deliver after several attempts, and customers are responsible for coordinating with the carrier to receive their shipments at a suitable time and place. Should a shipment be returned to TOP EV GEAR.au as undeliverable, we will process a refund minus the courier charges and a handling fee.
International Uncollected Parcel: We are not responsible for shipments that our carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts. Customers must coordinate with the carrier to receive their shipments at an appropriate time and location. If a shipment is returned to TOP EV GEAR.au or destroyed by the courier because it is undeliverable, we will issue a refund minus the courier charges and a handling fee if returned to us. No refund will be issued if the item is destroyed by the courier.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its arrival.
Pre-order: All pre-orders will include a separate notification in your email and on the invoice indicating that the item is a pre-order. Estimated time of arrival (ETA) for pre-orders is typically provided in the product description. Please note that the pre-order ETA is not always accurate, as the cargo must pass through various stages. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.
